Job Description: 

SR Afro Chicks is seeking three (3) HR Interns to join its Human Resources department. This internship is designed for recent graduates eager to gain practical experience and apply academic knowledge in HR within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Assist in HR compliance and documentation.
• Help organize training and development sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Passionate about pursuing a career in HR.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and administrative practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
