About the Organization:
Agri Evolve is a Uganda-based agribusiness dedicated to improving yields, increasing incomes, and enhancing the quality of life for farmers and their communities. With a focus on the coffee sector, the company works with over 15,000 smallholder farmers in the Rwenzori region, producing specialty arabica coffee highly regarded across East Africa and globally. Since 2018, Agri Evolve has been exporting top-quality Ugandan coffee to the UK and other markets, earning recognition for sustainable farming practices, direct farmer engagement, and coffee quality that competes with the best from Ethiopia and Kenya.

Job Description:
Agri Evolve is offering a 3-month internship program for motivated individuals who want hands-on experience in coffee field operations and farmer engagement. The internship is based at Nyabirongo, Kasese District and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to Uganda’s coffee sector while gaining professional experience in agriculture and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist field officers in farmer training and data collection.
• Participate in field visits and coffee quality assessments.
• Support community outreach initiatives.
• Report observations and findings to supervisors.

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Recent graduates or students in Agriculture or related fields.
• Willingness to work in rural field conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
