Job Description:
NUMERO UNO is seeking Sales Assistants to join its team at Arena Mall, Kampala. The role involves supporting sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the brand’s high visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting fashion items, accessories, and clothing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and stay updated on global fashion trends.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum A-Level Certificate.
• Passion for fashion and retail customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
