Job Description:
Piston Medical is seeking an ICT Officer (Graduate Trainee) to support its IT department. The trainee will assist in troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining systems, supporting users, and contributing to IT and digital transformation projects within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to staff and end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, and databases.
- Support deployment and implementation of digital solutions.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and IT documentation.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum Second Upper).
- Graduated within the last 2 years.
- Strong problem-solving and IT troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of networking, databases, and IT systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT tools.
