Job Description

Position: Sales/Marketing Executive
Organization: M&N Cleaning and Fumigation Services
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

The Sales/Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding the company’s client base. The role involves promoting the company’s cleaning and fumigation services, developing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and service follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the cleaning and pest control industry.
  • Promote M&N’s services through networking, client meetings, and digital platforms.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals.

Qualifications, Education, and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably within facilities management, cleaning, or pest control services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
