| Description |
The Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating and implementing sales execution and trade marketing activities in urban outlets that sell beer and soft drinks. The primary goal is to drive sales, maintain, and develop relationships with clients. |
| Key Responsibilities |
Executing Sales Plan: Execute, monitor, and report on national/regional trade marketing promotions; negotiate additional sales; determine order requirements; analyze competitor activities; provide business advice; drive full product portfolio availability (as per TSP/IRVP); maintain customer relationships; prepare visits; generate and implement execution improvement proposals; identify and support local events; identify new volume opportunities; ensure proper product display at Back of Bar. |

Planning: Maintain and update an accurate customer database; assess outlets against guidelines; evaluate performance and needs; initiate trade development plans. |

Resourcing: Aggregate investment requirements (merchandising) for budget input; maintain and safeguard all company assets in the trade (coolers, vehicles, etc.); select, contract, and manage promoters. |

Sales Performance: Drive market share; achieve sales and volume targets/sell-out; promote and ensure compliance with the Digital Transformation agenda (Bees Buyers, Bees Share, Bees Force). |

Administration: Compile and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports (including monthly KPI and competitor activity reports); ensure outlet records are accurately captured in Outlet Record Books. |

Qualifications: Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a Diploma in marketing/business is an added advantage). Experience: 1 to 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the Soft Drinks or FMCG Industry. Other Requirements: Good knowledge of distribution processes, costing, and the local distributor environment; budgeting and process know-how; commercial competence; and a Valid Driver's Licence. |
