Description:

The Revenue Assurance Analyst will be responsible for implementing and managing internal controls for Airtel Money to prevent revenue leakages, fraud, and operational errors. The role involves conducting risk analysis, reviewing processes, managing compliance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting major system launches to maintain high standards of revenue assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Airtel Money compliance levels remain above 95%.
• Develop, review, and implement Revenue Assurance SOPs and RA Manuals.
• Roll out group-wide initiatives across operating companies.
• Manage risk analysis during major system launches to ensure "First Time Right."
• Use knowledge bases and best practices from across OpCos for compliance.
• Detect and resolve revenue leakages.
• Identify and capitalize on missed revenue opportunities.
• Continuously review service and revenue paths to minimize risks.
• Support accurate reporting and timely escalation of issues when necessary.
• Lead team management and ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Data Systems & Analysis.
• 3–5 years of experience in revenue assurance or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, technical, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Deep knowledge of GSM Networks, IN, IT Billing, and Provisioning Systems.
• Understanding of data models and IT platforms.
• Strong project management and planning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
