National Coffee Seedling Application Assistance.
Uganda’s Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) is currently receiving applications for CWDR clonal coffee plantlets for the 2025 planting season. Farmers are required to fill out the official coffee seedlings demand form, attach a copy of their National Identification card and photos of prepared planting holes, then submit the completed forms directly to your area’s agricultural production officer.
A complete list of agricultural production officers -including names, regions, districts of deployment, and direct contact numbers—is available for easy reference to facilitate timely submission.
Submission Deadline: All forms should be submitted by November 30th, 2025.
Form Submission Process:
- Download and fill out the coffee seedlings demand form from MAAIF.MAAIF-CWDR_Application_Format_for_farmers.pdf
- Attach required documents (National ID and hole preparation photos).
- Locate your respective agricultural production officer from the provided list and submit in person.
